I'm Chief of Staff at EverWind, working on capital formation, M&A, and commercial strategy for hyperscale data centers and green hydrogen on Nova Scotia's Strait of Canso. CFA.
Before that I spent years in shipping and infrastructure finance at Seaspan and Atlas — structured financings, capital markets, and deals like Atlas's acquisition of APR Energy.
On the side I build AI agents and write about the Canadian compute buildout — power, land, cooling, and what it takes to put data centers in the ground up here.
Outside work, I spend time around education, community, and energy-transition institutions: Choice School for Gifted Children, Marpole-Oakridge Community Centre, the Canadian Hydrogen Association, and CFA Society Atlantic Canada.
